Two University of California Teams Honored for Best Practices

Teams from the University of California Berkeley and Irvine campuses carried off the 1997 CAUSE awards for Best Practices in Higher Education Information Resources. CAL PACT (CAL People and Computer Training at UC Berkeley) won in the Professional Development category, and BYPASS: Using Interactive Voice Response Technology in Parking Permit Sales (UC Irvine) won in the Applications category.
